Terms and Conditions
For in-stock items, shipping generally occurs between 1-3 business days, excluding holidays, from the placement of your order. For Pre-ordered items, shipping is governed by rules associated with the item, which is published on the items description page. Orders cannot be cancelled, changed or combined once they have been processed. Please ensure that the shipping address you provide during the checkout procedure is accurate and complete before placing your order. Your shipping address cannot be changed once your order has been processed. We do not ship on weekends or US public holidays. You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Orders shall be deemed delivered when the shipping carrier provides confirmation that the package was successfully delivered to the address you submitted during the checkout procedure. Loyal Fan Merch is not responsible for non-receipt of orders that have been deemed delivered. Loyal Fan Merch is also not responsible for non-receipt of orders due to failure to properly submit an accurate and complete shipping address during the signup procedure.
Domestic Shipping (US) – Our domestic carriers are USPS and FedEx. FedEx does not ship to P.O. Boxes. The typical delivery timeframe for USPS is three (3) to ten (10) business days. The typical delivery timeframe for FedEx depends on the type of service selected. We do not ship COD.
International Shipping (Outside the US) –The typical delivery timeframe for international orders is two (2) to four (4) weeks but can take up to six (6) weeks. We do not ship COD. You are responsible for any and all duties and taxes incurred upon delivery. Unfortunately, there is no way we can tell how much these charges will be. For more information regarding your country’s custom policies contact your local customs office. Please remember that Loyal Fan Merch is not responsible for any additional custom charges that may apply when your order arrives in your country. If you refuse to pay duties and taxes and your order is returned to Loyal Fan Merch, you will be required to pay $10.00 return fee, and you will receive a credit for the subtotal of the order but will not be refunded the cost of shipping.
Received Wrong Item/Damaged Item
Defective and/or damaged merchandise due to shipping must be reported to Loyal Fan Merch within 14 days of date of received, and obtain a pre-authorization for return to be considered eligible for a refund. Please email us at email@example.com to obtain authorization and pre-paid shipping label to cover return expenses. Please include your name, order # and picture of the incorrect/damaged item(s) you received. We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. A refund of the original product cost, taxes, and pro-rated shipping charges (if more than one item was purchased) will be processed within 10 business days from the date that the damaged/defective goods are received at Loyal Fan Merch.
We sincerely hope that you enjoy your purchase; however, if you would like to return your merchandise, we will gladly help you with the process. Please review the guidelines below prior to your return, to ensure that your merchandise is eligible for return/refund.
- Merchandise must be returned postmarked within 30 days of the date it was received
- Merchandise returned must be in new/unused condition
- We are unable to accept returns on washed, worn, and/or abused items
- We do not accept returns on CDs, DVDs, vinyl records that have been opened (removed from plastic wrap)
- We do not accept returns on any downloadable media
- We do not accept returns on clearance/sale items – which will be marked in the product description page
- Shipping cost and sales tax incurred for returns are non-refundable and are the customer’s responsibility
If your item meets our return guidelines, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for a return authorization.
Please include the following in your email:
- Your order confirmation number
- Your first and last name
- Your mailing address
- Your phone number
- What item you are returning and why
You may utilize your preferred shipping method; however, we highly commend returning merchandise via a traceable carrier. Loyal Fan Merch is not responsible for any items returned to us via a non-trackable delivery method that go missing in transit.
Once your return has been received and verified by us, we will refund your credit card accordingly. Please allow 7-10 days once we receive your package, for your return to be processed.
Unfortunately at this time, due to inventory and accounting purposes, we are not able to process exchanges. You will have to return the item for a refund and then re-purchase the desired item.
For items that are sold as a bundle set, we are unable to accept partial returns of the items in the bundle at this time, except in the case of a damaged or defective product. If you wish to make a return, all of the bundle items must returned together, in accordance with the return policy outlined above.
Return Policy for Items Purchased at a Concert/Event
At this time, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges for concert/event merchandise purchased at an event. Concert/event merchandise purchases are final. However, if your product is defective, you may contact us at email@example.com with the details regarding your purchase for possible alternatives.
In accordance with state law, we are required to charge sales tax on orders shipped within certain states. The amount of your sales tax will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process.
